WHAT IF I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE?
If you receive your Chestee and it does not fit, we make it very easy to make an exchange for the correct size. All purchases need to be sent back to THE CHESTEE: 1730 S. FEDERAL HIGHWAY, #264, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483. Please be sure to use a carrier that provides a tracking number and send the tracking number to email@example.com to facilitate your exchange.
In the physical package, please include a note with your order number and your specific size and style that you need sent back out to you. We will take it from there!
If you receive your Chestee and you are not satisfied with it, we want to hear from you! Please email Lea at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we know what's going on. We request that you send your return back to THE CHESTEE: 1730 S. FEDERAL HIGHWAY, #264, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483. Once we receive it with your note and/or your reason for refund, we will refund your money via your original purchase method.
In the physical package, please include a note with your order number indicating that this is a return for a refund. We've got you covered!
